Hello my friends - In short I will tell you a bit about me: 35 years of my life I was working as cook and executive chef in various Hotels and Restaurants mostly in Austria, but also in France, Switzerland, Sweden and 3 years in New York City. I also managed a restaurant for 5 years and was teaching and training master chefs at the Chamber of commerce.
